Lisa Frusztajer

Lisa’s background is an eclectic blend of marketing, engineering, investing and project management, as well as of technology, manufacturing, finance and higher education. Throughout her career, Lisa has sought opportunities to optimize investments and operations. That includes delivering computer server products that generated $1 billion in annual revenues, setting up and managing the operational infrastructure for a portfolio of asset-backed securities, and founding, then running a corporate Project Management Organization (PMO).

Organizations Lisa has worked for include: Procter & Gamble, Sun Microsystems, KYOS Systems (a small software startup), and Avid Technology, the leading provider of audio and video technology for media organizations and independent professionals.

On the side, Lisa founded a real estate management company with properties in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. She has also been a long-serving member on the boards of trustees at educational institutions.

Lisa is an active early stage investor, with stakes in about 40 startups through partnerships and direct investments. She currently serves on the investment committee for an early stage enterprise fund, helping to identify and fund startups to maximize investors’ returns and opportunities for women entrepreneurs.

Lisa has degrees from the University of Chicago, London School of Economics and Columbia Business School.
